  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

For the Topping

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ยผ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)

  1. Preheat oven toย 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease or line a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, onion, parsley, and seasonings. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in pan.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan, then brush over the top.
  5. Bakeย 45โ€“55 minutes, until internal temp reachesย 165ยฐF.
  6. Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley & extra Parmesan.
