Quick Description

This is the classic no-churn ice cream base you see in the image—smooth, thick, creamy, and scoopable straight from the freezer. No ice-cream machine, no eggs, no cooking. From one simple base, you can make vanilla, strawberry, mango, or any flavor you like, just like the colorful tubs shown.

Servings & Timing

  • Yield: 3–4 medium tubs (about 1–1.2 liters total)
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Freeze Time: 6–8 hours (overnight best)
  • Total Time: ~8 hours

Base Ingredients (Master Recipe)

This is the white base shown in the image.

  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step-by-Step Instructions (Base)

1. Whip the Cream

  • Pour cold whipping cream into a large bowl.
  • Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
(Cream should be thick and hold shape, not liquid.)

2. Add Condensed Milk

  • Gently pour in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  • Fold slowly with a spatula (do NOT mix aggressively or the cream will deflate).

This is your plain vanilla ice cream base.
