🛒 Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1¼ cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, or mixed Italian herbs)
- Extra flour for dusting

Mix the dough
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and herbs.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until sticky dough forms.

First rise
- Cover bowl and let it rest 1½–2 hours until doubled.

Shape
- Dust surface with flour, shape into a round loaf.
- Place on baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Second rise
- Cover and rest 30–40 minutes.

Bake
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Brush with olive oil, sprinkle herbs.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden brown.

Cool & Serve
- Let cool 15 minutes before slicing.
