Pumpkin Spice Gooey Cake with Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Prepare the Cake Base:
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
– In a large bowl, mix together the yellow cake mix, egg, melted butter, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until well combined.
– Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
2. Make the Pumpkin Spice Gooey Filling:
– In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
– Add the eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, and mix until fully combined.

3. Bake the Cake:

– In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

– Once the cake has cooled, spread the brown sugar cream cheese frosting generously over the top.
