This no-bake cherry cheesecake lush is made with layers of crushed Golden Oreos, sweet cream cheese, cheesecake pudding, and cherry pie filling — all topped with fluffy whipped topping and crunchy pecans. It’s a crowd-pleasing dessert perfect for holidays, potlucks, or anytime you need a sweet treat!

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 (14 oz) package Golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing pan)

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed (from 16 oz tub)

Pudding Layer:

  • 2 small boxes (3.4 oz each) cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping (from remaining tub)

Toppings:

  • 2 large cans cherry pie filling
  • Remaining whipped topping (from 16 oz total)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Pan:
    Lightly butter a 9×13 baking dish and set aside.
  2. Make the Crust:
    Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Add melted butter and pulse to combine.
    Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
    Place the dish in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
  3. Cream Cheese Layer:
    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and 1 cup whipped topping until smooth.
    Spread evenly over the crust. Return dish to the freezer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Pudding Layer:
    In another bowl, whisk pudding mixes with milk and 1/2 cup whipped topping until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
    Spread pudding over the chilled cream cheese layer. Chill the dish for 30 minutes.
  5. Cherry Layer:
    Gently spoon cherry pie filling over the pudding layer, spreading evenly.
  6. Top & Finish:
    Spread the remaining whipped topping over the cherry layer.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts.
  7. Chill:
    Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours (or longer) before serving to let the layers firm up.

Serving Tips:

  • Use a sharp knife and spatula for clean slices.
  • Best served cold from the fridge.
  • Can be made 1 day ahead.
