Ingredients
- 250g fat-free Greek yogurt (Syn-free)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (2 Syns)
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener (or more, to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 100ml skimmed milk (part of Healthy Extra A)
- 6–8 ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy like a milkshake/soft serve.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy straight away.

Tip: For extra indulgence, you can add a spoon of low-fat aerosol cream (½ Syn per tbsp) or top with grated chocolate (1 Syn per tsp).
