- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add oil and warm milk/water.
- Knead 8โ10 minutes until soft dough forms.
- Cover and rest 1 hour until doubled.
2๏ธโฃ Shape the Breads
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Roll into small circles.
- Add filling if using, seal edges, and flatten gently.
3๏ธโฃ Cook
- Heat a tawa or pan on medium heat.
- Cook each bread 2โ3 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
- Brush with butter while hot.
