Creamy, fluffy, and packed with greens—this savory bake is perfect for brunch or meal prep!

Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

1 cup ricotta cheese

4 large eggs

1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, squeezed dry)

½ cup shredded mozzarella

¼ cup grated Parmesan

¼ cup chopped green onions or herbs (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish or pie dish.

Step 2: Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk eggs and ricotta until smooth. Stir in spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Bake

Pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 30–35 minutes until puffed and golden.

Step 4: Cool & Serve

Let cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.
