Ingredients

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries

For the strawberry crunch topping:

  • 20 Golden Oreos, crushed
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Optional drizzle:

  • White chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Make the crunch topping
    • Mix crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter.
    • Set aside.
  2. Prepare the cheesecake filling
    • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
    • Stir in diced strawberries.
  3. Assemble the cups
    • Spoon a layer of cheesecake filling into cups.
    • Add some crunch topping.
    • Repeat layers until cups are full.
  4. Finish
    • Top with extra crunch topping and drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
    • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
