Ingredients
For the cheesecake filling:

- 20 Golden Oreos, crushed

Make the crunch topping
- Mix crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter.
- Set aside.

Prepare the cheesecake filling
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in diced strawberries.

Assemble the cups
- Spoon a layer of cheesecake filling into cups.
- Add some crunch topping.
- Repeat layers until cups are full.

- Top with extra crunch topping and drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
