Ingredients
Salad
2 cans tuna, drained
1 large cucumber, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup red onion, diced
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Dressing
2–3 tbsp balsamic dressing (or balsamic vinegar + olive oil)
Optional: squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients
Drain the tuna and place it in a large bowl. Flake gently with a fork.
Chop the vegetables
Dice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and finely chop red onion. Add everything to the bowl with the tuna.
Add dressing
Drizzle balsamic dressing over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss & serve
Gently toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes for best flavor.
