Pecan Layer
- 2 eggs

¼ cup Lakanto Golden (0 points)
(swap for brown sugar) -
½ cup sugar-free caramel sauce
(Walden Farms, Smucker’s SF, etc.) - 2 tbsp light butter (like Land O’Lakes Light)

1½ cups chopped pecans
(less than original but still gives crunch + flavor — pecans are point-heavy)
Cake Topping Layer

1 box sugar-free yellow cake mix
(or Pillsbury sugar-free yellow) - ¼ cup light butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 dish with nonstick spray.

Make the pecan filling:
In a bowl whisk together:- Eggs
- Lakanto golden
- Sugar-free caramel
- 2 tbsp melted light butter
Add pecans and stir to coat.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish.

Make the topping:
Stir the sugar-free cake mix with the remaining ¼ cup melted light butter until crumbly. - Sprinkle evenly over the pecan layer.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let cool 15 minutes before serving (it thickens as it stands).
