- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ยฝ teaspoon baking soda
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- ยฝ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ยพ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ยฝ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
- ยฝ cup milk
- ยพ cup white chocolate chips
- ยพ cup dried cranberries

1๏ธโฃ Prep
- Preheat oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF).
- Grease mini loaf pans or line with parchment.
2๏ธโฃ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
Set aside.
3๏ธโฃ Cream Butter & Sugar
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (2โ3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla.
4๏ธโฃ Combine
- Add half the dry ingredients.
- Mix in sour cream and milk.
- Add remaining dry ingredients.
- Fold gently until just combined (donโt overmix).
5๏ธโฃ Add Mix-Ins
- Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
6๏ธโฃ Bake
- Divide batter evenly into pans (ยพ full).
- Bake:
- Mini loaves: 25โ35 minutes
- Large loaf: 50โ60 minutes
- Toothpick should come out clean.
7๏ธโฃ Cool
- Let cool 10 minutes in pan.
- Transfer to rack to cool completely.

Melt ยฝ cup white chocolate and drizzle over cooled loaves.
