Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers (about 1 Point each, 12 Points total)
- 500 g (1 lb) 99% lean ground turkey or beef (0 Points on most plans if ultra-lean)
- 1 small onion, diced (0 Points)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (0 Points)
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes (0 Points)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste (0 Points)
- 1 tsp dried oregano (0 Points)
- 1 tsp dried basil (0 Points)
- Salt & pepper to taste (0 Points)
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese (0 Points)
- ½ cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded (6 Points)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan (optional, 4 Points)
Instructions

Cook the meat sauce:
- In a skillet, brown turkey or beef with onion and garlic.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes until thick.

Prep muffin tin:
- Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup to form a shell.

Layer:
- Spoon 1 tbsp of meat sauce into each cup.
- Add 1 tsp cottage cheese.
- Add another spoonful of meat sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan (if using).

Bake:
- Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before removing from tin.

- Wonton wrappers = 12 Points
- Mozzarella = 6 Points
- Parmesan (optional) = 4 Points
Without parmesan = 18 Points ÷ 12 = 1.5 Points each (~2 Points)

Tips:
- Swap cottage cheese for fat-free ricotta if preferred (same Points).
- Add spinach or zucchini for extra veggies (0 Points).
- Double stack wontons in each cup for sturdier “shells” (adds 1 Point per cup).
