- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 box (3 oz) pineapple or lemon gelatin
Instructions
- Pour the crushed pineapple with its juice into a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in the gelatin powder until completely dissolved.
- Pour into serving cups or a small dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 1–2 hours until set.
