  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or any unsweetened plant-based milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add the bananas, rolled oats, and milk to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
