Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup milk (dairy or any unsweetened plant-based milk)
- Optional: ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 teaspoon baking powder (for a lighter texture)
- Optional: Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Add the bananas, rolled oats, and milk to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, and salt if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
