- 10 g honey
- 5 g paprika

- 40 g mustard
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 10 g honey
- 1 garlic clove (3 g), minced

Instructions
Prepare the marinade
In separate bowls, mix the ingredients for your chosen marinade until well combined.
Coat the chicken
Add 500g chicken to the marinade and coat thoroughly, ensuring every piece is well covered.
Marinate
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For best flavor, marinate for 4–12 hours.
Cook the chicken
Grill, bake, or pan-fry until fully cooked and juicy (internal temp 75°C / 165°F).
