Banana Cinnamon Yogurt Pancakes (No Flour Needed)

Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 ripe banana, mashed

2 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Mix mashed banana with Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.

Heat a greased nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Spoon batter onto skillet to form small pancakes.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve with sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
