Ingredients
4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
½ cup unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp lemon juice
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup shredded Parmesan or Gruyère cheese (optional)
Instructions
Prep the Lobster
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently lift the lobster meat over the shell while keeping it attached at the base. Place lobster tails in a baking dish.
Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Cream
Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Assemble
Spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over each lobster tail. Sprinkle with shredded cheese if using.
Broil
Place under a preheated broiler on high for 7–10 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and lightly golden on top.
Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.
