These Butterfinger Balls are creamy, crunchy, peanut-buttery bites of bliss. They’re easy to make, dangerously delicious, and always the first dessert to disappear!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger bars (or store-bought Butterfinger bits)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet), melted
  • Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil (helps chocolate melt smoothly)

🍬 Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  5. Freeze for 20–30 minutes to help them firm up.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets — about 15 minutes.
