Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Dough
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and olive oil. Knead for 6โ8 minutes until smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 45โ60 minutes until doubled.
Step 2: Shape Breadsticks
Roll dough into a rectangle. Cut into strips or small portions. Place mozzarella cheese in the center of each strip and roll tightly to seal.
Step 3: Second Rest
Place shaped breadsticks on a baking tray. Let them rest for 10โ15 minutes for a softer texture.
Step 4: Bake
Preheat oven to 180โ200ยฐC (350โ400ยฐF). Bake for 15โ20 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy on top.

Mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt. Brush generously over hot breadsticks immediately after baking.
