  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
  • ½ cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions

Step 1 — Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2 — Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine:

  • Bisquick
  • Sharp cheddar
  • Parmesan
  • Cayenne pepper (if using)

Toss to evenly coat the cheeses with the Bisquick.

Roll mixture into balls about 1–1½ inches in diameter.
Place on your prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.

Step 7 — Serve

Let cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy warm for best flavor.
