Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Gelatin
Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to package instructions.
Set aside slightly warm (not hot).
Step 2: Blend the Base
In a blender, combine:
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Heavy cream
- Powdered milk
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Add Gelatin
With blender running on low, slowly pour in dissolved gelatin.
Blend for another 10โ15 seconds until fully combined.
Step 4: Pour & Chill
Pour mixture into a glass or baking dish.
Smooth the top.
