- 1 cup mini marshmallows

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened. -
Add the creamy ingredients
Stir in the vanilla yogurt (or sour cream) until fully combined and creamy. -
Fold in whipped topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. -
Add fruit and mix-ins
Carefully fold in the drained mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and any optional add-ins like pineapple, coconut, or nuts. -
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so the flavors blend together. -
Serve
Spoon into dessert bowls or cups and garnish with extra oranges, cherries, or graham cracker crumbs if desired.
