Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
8 oz penne pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and done. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, mushrooms, and asparagus. Cook until tender.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce is creamy.
Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and sauce. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley. Serve hotÂ
