Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix Base
    • In a bowl or container, mix oats, milk, honey, and vanilla.
  2. Layer
    • Spread oats mixture into a container.
    • Add a thick layer of yogurt on top.
  3. Top
    • Spoon blueberries over yogurt.
    • Drizzle with blueberry juice or a little honey if desired.
  4. Chill
    • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
