Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the zucchini
    • Wash and dry the zucchinis.
    • Cut into sticks about 3–4 inches long and ½ inch thick.
  3. Season
    • Place zucchini sticks in a large bowl.
    • Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Make the coating
    • In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat the zucchini
