Ingredients
- 2–3 medium zucchinis, cut into sticks
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the zucchini
- Wash and dry the zucchinis.
- Cut into sticks about 3–4 inches long and ½ inch thick.

Season
- Place zucchini sticks in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.

Make the coating
- In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat the zucchini
- Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the zucchini and toss until well coated.

Bake
- Arrange the zucchini sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp around the edges.

Optional crisping step
- Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crunch. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with Greek yogurt ranch, marinara sauce, or your favorite low-carb dip.

Tips
