- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp flour (60 g)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)

1. Prep the cabbage
- Add a pinch of salt to the shredded cabbage
- Massage it for 2–3 minutes until slightly soft (this helps texture)
2. Mix everything
- Add onions, garlic, eggs, flour, and spices
- Mix well until it forms a thick batter-like mixture
3. Cook
Option 1: Pan-fried (crispiest)
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Spread mixture like a thick pancake (or make small fritters)
- Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy
Option 2: Baked (healthier)
- Spread mixture in a greased baking dish
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes
- Broil last 5 minutes for a crispy top
