Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Creamy Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Prepare the broccoli
Steam or microwave the broccoli for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender. Let cool, then finely chop. -
Mix the filling
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and herbs. -
Form the bites
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. For extra cheesy centers, press a small cheese cube into the middle before sealing. -
Coat and arrange
Roll lightly in extra breadcrumbs if desired. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or air fryer basket. -
Cook
- Air Fryer: 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes
- Oven: 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes

Stir together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice until smooth. -
