Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Cooking spray
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Optional Crispy Coating (Recommended)
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Marinate the chicken
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. - Add chicken tenders and toss to coat well. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).

Add crispy coating (optional)
In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Press each tender lightly into the mixture. - Cook the chicken
Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray basket and chicken with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place tenders on a lined baking sheet.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Pan-Fry Method
- Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook tenders 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
