Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast for a cheesy touch
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare Cauliflower:
- Wash and cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- If using Parmesan or nutritional yeast, sprinkle it over the cauliflower and toss lightly.
3. Roast:
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25โ30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
4. Serve:
- Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
- Optional: drizzle with a little lemon juice or sprinkle fresh parsley for extra brightness.
