Crockpot Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes

Tender Slow-Cooked Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Golden Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 lbs beef sirloin or stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Place beef cubes and halved baby potatoes in the crockpot.

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour over beef and potatoes.

Add beef broth, then stir everything to coat well.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.

Stir gently before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
