Egg Salad Recipe
1. 6 hard-boiled eggs
2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
3. 1 tablespoon mustard
4. 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
5. 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
9. Fresh chives for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare the Eggs:
1.1. Boil 6 eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and chop them into small pieces.
2. Make the Egg Salad Mixture:
