Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites
- 600g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Creamy Garlic Pasta
- 200g linguine or spaghetti
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 150ml chicken stock or pasta water
- 100ml single cream
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.
Reserve a little pasta water before draining, then set pasta aside.
Sear the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken bites for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and juicy.
Remove and keep warm.
Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in chicken stock or pasta water and scrape up all the flavorful bits from the pan.
Reduce heat and stir in cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth and glossy.
Combine
Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and toss until fully coated.
If needed, add extra pasta water for a silkier texture.
Plate the creamy pasta beside the golden garlic butter chicken bites.
Finish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper

Serve hot while the sauce is silky and the chicken stays juicy and tender
