- Cherry tomatoes, halved

- Zucchini, diced
- Kalamata olives, pitted & halved
- Fresh spinach or arugula
- Crumbled feta cheese (optional, for topping)
- Fresh lemon juice
- Fresh herbs: parsley, oregano, or basil

👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook Pasta – Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
- Sauté Veggies – In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic and onion, cooking until softened and fragrant.
- Add Flavor – Toss in zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cook until tender but still vibrant.
- Combine – Stir in olives and spinach, letting the greens wilt slightly. Add the cooked spaghetti and a splash of pasta water to bring everything together.
