- 4–6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- Optional: sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for serving

- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.

- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.

- Place a few spoonfuls of cooked ground beef onto the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and diced tomato. Add sour cream, salsa, or guacamole if desired.
