Optional High-Protein Version
Blend in ½ cup plain Greek yogurt. This makes the drink thicker, creamier, and adds protein.
Tip: You can drink it with breakfast or any other time of day; there’s no special requirement to drink it on an empty stomach.
Important: Guava and lime can be part of a nutritious diet, but this drink should not be presented as a cure for diabetes or fatty liver.
