Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 large tortillas or wraps

- Leaf lettuce or spinach
- Sliced avocado

- Crumbled feta cheese
Instructions

Make the chicken salad
In a large bowl, combine:- shredded chicken
- Greek yogurt
- Dijon mustard
- dried cranberries
- celery
- pecans or walnuts
- parsley

Season
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir until everything is well coated and creamy. -
Prepare the wraps
Lay tortillas flat. Add lettuce or spinach if desired. -
Fill and roll
Spoon chicken salad into the center of each wrap.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly. -
Serve
Slice in half and enjoy immediately, or chill for later.
