📋 Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 2 cups oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s or any no-sugar brand)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:
- Mashed bananas
- Applesauce
- Almond milk
- Vanilla
Mix until smooth.
2️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in:
- Oats
- Cinnamon
- Raisins/nuts
- Dark chocolate chunks
Mix until well combined. Batter will be thick and sticky.
3️⃣ Shape the Cookies
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Scoop 2–3 tbsp of mixture per cookie.
- Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon (they won’t spread much).
4️⃣ Bake
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are set and lightly golden.
5️⃣ Cool & Enjoy
Let cool for 10 minutes — they firm up as they cool.
