INGREDIENTS:
3 mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins or nuts
1 cup good dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand is my fave)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Mix wet ingredients: Stir in the apple sauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
Add dry ingredients: Add the oats and mix until they are evenly coated with the wet ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips: Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips and raisins or nuts.
Form cookies: Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
These cookies are a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without all the sugar and flour.
