🫚 Ingredients:
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or sugar-free sweetener (optional)

- In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the ginger slices and reduce heat. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
