Ingredients
For the Cinnamon Apple Bites
- 3 medium apples, peeled & chopped
- 1 tbsp melted butter OR coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar OR sugar-free sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
High-Protein Yogurt Dip
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prep & Season the Apples
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Toss apple pieces with butter, cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix until all pieces are coated.
2. Bake
- Spread apples in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, stirring halfway, until soft and caramelized.
3. Make the Protein Dip
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt + protein powder + honey + cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
- Chill in fridge while apples bake.
4. Serve
- Enjoy warm apple bites with the cool high-protein dip.
