Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Apple Bites

  • 3 medium apples, peeled & chopped
  • 1 tbsp melted butter OR coconut oil
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar OR sugar-free sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

High-Protein Yogurt Dip

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prep & Season the Apples

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Toss apple pieces with butter, cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  • Mix until all pieces are coated.

2. Bake

  • Spread apples in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes, stirring halfway, until soft and caramelized.

3. Make the Protein Dip

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt + protein powder + honey + cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill in fridge while apples bake.

4. Serve

  • Enjoy warm apple bites with the cool high-protein dip.
