Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 18–22 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 6–8

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4–6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1–2 jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Roll the Puff Pastry
Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Roll and Slice
Carefully roll the pastry into a tight log. Slice into ½-inch thick pinwheels and place on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush with Egg Wash
Brush each pinwheel lightly with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  7. Serve
Let cool slightly and serve warm.

Tips

Use thick-cut bacon for best flavor
Add extra cheese for extra gooey pinwheels
Remove jalapeño seeds for milder taste

Storage

Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 3 days
Reheat in oven or air fryer for best crispiness
