Keto Cottage Cheese Flatbread
Soft, flexible, and protein-rich—this low-carb flatbread is perfect for wraps, pizzas, or dipping!
Ingredients (Makes 2–3 flatbreads):
½ cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup almond flour
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Step 1: Blend Smooth
In a blender, combine cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
Step 2: Mix Dry
In a bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
Step 3: Combine
Stir the blended mix into the dry ingredients to form a batter.
Step 4: Cook Flatbreads
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease.
Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan, spreading thinly. Cook 2–3 mins per side until golden.
Step 5: Cool & Use
Let cool slightly. Use as a wrap, fold with fillings, or toast for mini pizzas!
