Biscuit Layer
- 1 package tea biscuits or graham crackers (200โ250 g)
- 1 cup milk (for dipping)
Topping
- 1 cup chocolate shavings or grated chocolate
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cream Filling
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla.
- Whip until thick and fluffy.
Do not overwhip.
Step 2: Prepare the Biscuits
Pour milk into a shallow bowl.
Quickly dip each biscuit into milk (1โ2 seconds only).
Do not soak too long.
Step 3: Assemble Layers
In a glass dish:
- Add a layer of dipped biscuits.
- Spread a thick layer of cream mixture.
- Repeat layers until finished, ending with cream.
Step 4: Add Chocolate
Sprinkle chocolate shavings generously over the top.
Step 5: Chill
