Ingredients

Cream Layer

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395 g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Biscuit Layer

  • 1 package tea biscuits or graham crackers (200–250 g)
  • 1 cup milk (for dipping)

Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate shavings or grated chocolate

Step-by-Step Instructions


Step 1: Make the Cream Filling

  1. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add condensed milk and vanilla.
  3. Whip until thick and fluffy.

Do not overwhip.


Step 2: Prepare the Biscuits

Pour milk into a shallow bowl.

Quickly dip each biscuit into milk (1–2 seconds only).
Do not soak too long.


Step 3: Assemble Layers

In a glass dish:

  1. Add a layer of dipped biscuits.
  2. Spread a thick layer of cream mixture.
  3. Repeat layers until finished, ending with cream.

Step 4: Add Chocolate

Sprinkle chocolate shavings generously over the top.


Step 5: Chill

Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight.

This allows biscuits to soften and become cake-like.
