Instructions
- Prepare Dough โ In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm milk and melted butter, then knead into a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let it rise for 30โ40 minutes until doubled in size.
- Prepare Filling โ In a small bowl, combine crumbled cheese, chopped herbs, and optional seasonings.
- Shape Rolls โ Punch down the dough and divide it into 8โ10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rectangle, place filling in the center, and roll up or fold into a crescent shape. Pinch edges to seal.
- Egg Wash โ Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Place rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake โ Bake for 20โ25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
