Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional Add-Ins
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Sweetener + cinnamon for a sweet version
Instructions

Preheat the oven
Set oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Separate the eggs
Put egg whites in one bowl and yolks in another. -
Mix yolks and cream cheese
Beat together until completely smooth and creamy. -
Whip egg whites
Add cream of tartar and salt to the whites. Beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form. -
Fold gently
Carefully fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites a little at a time. Do not overmix — you want the batter fluffy. -
Shape the bread
Spoon mixture into 6–8 rounds on the baking sheet. -
Bake
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown on top. -
Cool completely
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tray.

Storage
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
