Zero-Point Strawberry Heaven on Earth Cake

Ingredients

• 1 prepared angel food cake, cut into cubes
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 cups fat-free milk
• 1 container light or fat-free whipped topping
• Optional: extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the pudding
   In a bowl, whisk together the sugar-free pudding mix and fat-free milk until thickened.
2. Layer the dessert
   In a 9×13 dish or trifle bowl, layer half of the angel food cake cubes, half of the strawberries, and half of the pudding mixture.
3. Repeat layers
   Add the remaining cake, strawberries, and pudding.
4. Top it off
   Spread whipped topping evenly over the top.
