- 1 prepared angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups fat-free milk

Prepare the pudding
In a bowl, whisk together the sugar-free pudding mix and fat-free milk until thickened. -
Layer the dessert
In a 9×13 dish or trifle bowl, layer half of the angel food cake cubes, half of the strawberries, and half of the pudding mixture. -
Repeat layers
Add the remaining cake, strawberries, and pudding. -
Top it off
Spread whipped topping evenly over the top. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours before serving so the flavors blend together. -
Serve cold
