Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a gentle boil.
- Add the turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon (if using).
- Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
- Strain into a mug.
- Stir in the lemon juice, black pepper, and honey.
- Serve warm.
