Instructions

Step 1 โ€“ Preheat & Prep Bowls:
Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF). Lightly spray four 2-cup glass bowls with non-stick spray and place them on a large baking sheet.

Step 2 โ€“ Blend the Batter:
In a high-powered blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, banana, maple syrup, and baking soda. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.

Step 3 โ€“ Fill & Top Bowls:
Pour the batter evenly into each prepared bowl, filling each more than halfway. Top with blueberries.
